I'm a beginner...is it for me?
Yes, there are specific programmes I've designed just for beginners which I recommend you do before progressing on to others. However, all programmes are accessable to all.
my life is so busy...is it for me?
Yes, Yogimums is designed specially for busy mums. Each video is jam packed with postures, flows & breath work but only 15 minutes long so it fits in to your busy day.
I haven't exercised for years...is it for me?
Yes, these programmes are a great way of getting fit, strong & flexible again.
I'm so stressed out...is it for me?
Yoga is the perfect way to relieve stress through a combination of breath work, physical postures & relaxation. Each programme has a mixture of all three to allow you to find space & peace in your body & mind.
I'm pregnant...is it for me?
Yes, yoga is the perfect way to exercise during your pregnancy. The membership is a great option & way to meet other pregnant mums in the membership club but I would also highly recommend following the specially designed pregnancy package as it has a pregnancy ebook, pregnancy weekly yoga & fitness plans & nutritional guidance. I've just had a baby...is it for me?
Yes, postnatal yoga is wonderful for both physical & mental recovery. The membership option is a great option for you to fit your yoga around your new life with your baby. I would highly recommend getting the Postnatal package too as it includes a postnatal ebook, diastasis recti checks, adapted sun salutations, pelvic floor information & pelvic floor exercises & discusses what to do if you've had a c-section. My children are teenagers...is it for me?
Yes definitely! If you are surrounded with hormonal teenagers yoga is a necessity for you! Try and encourage your teenagers to do some with you, it's a great bonding exercise. I practice yoga with my teenagers, it really helps them with anxiety in the run up to exams and to de-stress if they are having difficulties with peers or teachers at school.
My children have left home...is it for me?
Yes, these programmes are for all mums, whether your children live at home or have flown the nest.
